Operations Manager

Prior to establishing J & J Transit, Jemez worked as the Safety & Training Manager for a school bus company in Southern Vermont, managing drivers, substitutes, monitors, and aides. Known as a “jack of all trades,” he supported operations through hands-on training, scheduling, curriculum development, and route coverage.

As a volunteer firefighter and Advanced EMT, Jemez brings knowledgeable, real-world safety expertise to every aspect of the business. This commitment to safety inspired the creation of J & J Transit, where he partners closely with staff and school administrators to provide safe, reliable transportation.
